The base certainly doesn't ground this statue...because she's flying. Duh!
These boots are seen but rarely used...because she's flying. Duh!
The cape raises the statue to an unmatched level of cool...because she's...oh you know!

Something about this statue's design rings true...
...and deserves a high (because she's flying) five.
