Snapshot: Sideshow's Sentinel Invades My Collection

It took way too long, but he was totally worth the wait.  This thing is an X-fan's wet dream!

I finally picked up the Black Queen Jean Grey Statue which adds quite a bit to my Dark Phoenix Saga collection.  I'm super happy with her!

Snapshot: 90's Gold Team Display Update

Although I need to get an Archangel for this display, the new Iceman statue is a great addition.  Don't you think?

It's a cold day in...my collection room.

Snapshot: Size Comparison of Latest Bowen X-factor Releases

A follower of the X-lair asked if I would post an image of the X-factor Iceman statue and the X-factor Beast statue for a size comparison.  Thus I am providing this flash photography snapshot for him and for anyone else that is looking to see these two side by side. Enjoy!

As an aside, I'd like to thank everyone who follows the blog and has subscribed to my Youtube channel, Dr. Remy Lebeau's X-lair.  We just reached 200 subscribers which is very cool!

Also, I want to thank everyone for being understanding during this lull in the posting frequency.  As some of you know I'm in a PhD program and I've got a ton on my plate right now!  I'll try to get at least one Collection Post up a week for now.

Take care my X-friends!

Snapshot - Gambit Premium Format Figure Sans Coat

It's time for another Snapshot post, where I post crappy flash photography shots of various parts of my collection.  Today I'm showing you something that is not often seen (it's the first time I'm seeing it).  It is the legendary Gambit Premium Format Figure by Sideshow Collectibles without it's cloth coat on.  I got a wild hair up my butt to see what it looked like so I went through the trouble of disrobing the rajin' Cajun.  I decided to put his coat back on after realizing he looks a bit emaciated.  I did manage to snap a couple of pics for your viewing pleasure though.

Snapshot: 70's X-men Display

It's time for another Snapshot post, where I post  crappy shots of various parts of my collection.  Although I've already posted a display post for this set, I thought I would post a snapshot of the set as it is actually displayed.

Snapshot: Black Logan Custom Statue Updated Paint Scheme

It's time for another Snapshot post, where I post crappy flash photography shots of various parts of my collection. This post focuses on a slight update on the 1/4 scale custom Black Logan statue I've already featured as part of my collection.

Snapshot: X-factor Display

It's time for another Snapshot post, where I post  crappy shots of various parts of my collection, to wet the appetite of those that can't wait for me to properly document it.  This snapshot is of the current X-factor display I have set up. It's on the shelf directly below the 80's display.

Only one statue remains to be included.  That is the forthcoming Clear Iceman X-factor statue. I can't wait to finally complete the set!
