Display Options: Magneto Action Statue by Bowen Designs

The newest statue to have its display potentional explored is the master of all Master of Magnetism statues Magneto (Action Statue)!

(Note: You can improve the quality of the video as you're watching it by clicking on the "spur" icon in the bottom right menu of the screen)

I thought I would explore the display potential of familial setups first.  I started with each of Magnus' children independently and then put them all together in a family reunion of epic (display) potential.  First up is Polaris (Collection Post forthcoming -- sorry Lorna fans for the delay).

Next is the first of the Erik's twins, Quicksilver (Collection Post forthcoming--Sorry Avenger's Fans).

The most impressive of the lot is of course the third and most powerful of his kin, the Scarlet Witch.

As you can see all three of his kids' statues display great with daddy Lehnsherr but the ideal set-up is to have the whole family together.  It requires plenty of space though.  If you can swing it, it's completely worth it.

Moving on to what is perhaps the best compliment to this statue, the Professor X statue by Bowen Designs (Collection Post forthcoming).

Since Erik and Charles have a love/hate relationship, one can display them side by side as friends or as enemies.  Either way looks great.

The next theme that could be exploed in an Action Magneto display is to unify it with Sentinel debris bases.  The Banshee statue (Collection Post forthcoming) can be a great option given that the base is essentially the Sentinel siblings of Magneto's base.

The only other Bowen statue already released with a Sentinel base is the Retro Cable statue (collection post forthcoming).  It's a hard one to get a hold of but if you can swing it you can see that it looks great with Magneto.

Throwing Banshee back into the mix makes for an even more impressive setup.

Kotobukiya also has statues with Sentinel bases and thus they can also be displayed with the Master of (Display) Magnetism. First off is the Gambit Danger Room Series statue.  Like Xavier, Remy and Magnus have a love/hate relationship so their pairing can be done in a variety of ways.  My favorite is in a versus set-up.

The Koto Colossus statue is in the same position and again the versus set-up seems to work best.

Magneto with Gambit and Colossus as a set is also a clear winning combination.

Finally, if one has the space and can swing a large display, throwing all the statues with Sentinel debris together makes for an amazing setup.

That's all for now but there's certainly more display potential to be explored...
